The City of Chicago’s Department of Planning and Development has released its list of finalists for the Pershing Warehouse Redevelopment in McKinley Park, and IBT Group is excited to be one of the three firms chosen to potentially develop the project.

A recent article in Crain's Chicago Business detailed the second confirmed tenant for The Terminal: NuMat, a midwest-based chemistry design company known for inventions like its atomic-scale sponges. The decision once again confirms The Terminal as a sought after destination for innovators in Chicago.
