IBT Group Feauted on Chicago Sun-Times

IBT Group has been awarded a $250,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s Community First Developer Program to support the redevelopment of Pershing Terminal in McKinley Park. The funding will help expand IBT’s fellowship and internship programs as the firm advances its $179 million transformation of the historic 1918 Quartermaster Depot into a mixed‑use community hub featuring workforce housing, life sciences space, retail, and new green areas. The project is designed to catalyze economic growth, create jobs, and bring long‑overdue investment to McKinley Park while supporting emerging talent in commercial real estate.
