Inland to back shopping center proposed for Southwest Side

In July 2012, Crain’s Chicago Business reported that Inland Real Estate Group agreed to finance a proposed shopping center on Chicago’s Southwest Side. The development, known as Pulaski Promenade, was planned for a 15-acre site at 79th Street and Pulaski Road. The development aimed to revitalize the area by providing modern retail options and was expected to attract national retailers. This initiative was part of a broader effort to enhance the retail landscape on Chicago’s Southwest Side, offering residents improved access to shopping and services.
