In a bold move, IBT Group is transforming the 1300 block of North Kostner Avenue in Humboldt Park with "Humboldt Lit," a $50 million adaptive reuse project converting three warehouse buildings into a mixed-use hub that blends retail with creative office lofts. Designed to attract creative firms priced out of Fulton Market, the development marks a forward-looking expansion of Chicago’s business footprint westward—bringing innovation and economic opportunity to a growing neighborhood.
