Evergreen Promenade

The Evergreen Promenade shopping center contributes to the recovery of the retail corridor of Evergreen Park, IL. Located just outside of Chicago city limits, along West 95th Street across from a Walmart Supercenter, the center is anchored by a 75,000 SF Mariano’s Fresh Market. The $24MM project prevailed the recession, taking just over one year, and involved complex site re-balancing, the rerouting of utilities, a traffic light installation, and the negotiation of a financial incentive from the Village of Evergreen Park.
