The 10.5-acre parcel at 4200 S. Pulaski was once the site of a corrugated cardboard and box factory originally built in 1935 to house the Chicago Carton Company. The 34 million dollar development project was awarded $10 million in tax-increment financing (TIF) by the Chicago Community Development Commission.
With the close proximity to downtown via the Stevenson Expressway the Archer Heights neighborhood is an excellent Hub for retailers. Current Pulaski Promenade anchor tenants include Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, PetSmart and Shoe Carnival.
