In line with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, we preserved the buildings’ industrial character, maintaining elements like timber columns and oversized fire doors. Historic artifacts uncovered during construction, including vintage gauge clocks and a large circuit board, have been thoughtfully integrated into the design.
The name reflects the building’s rich past, honoring the trains it once served, the innovation of Pyle that helped illuminate the nation, and its new role as a hub for connection and collaboration.
